Due to these factors, LED lamp prices will be directly affected. There is also a cost-saving approach at the expense of heat dissipation by placing the circuit directly on the glass plate. The LED tubes made of these circuit boards are cheaper than the aluminum substrates in terms of price, but the heat dissipation effect is not as good as that of the aluminum substrates.

2. Aluminum substrate: It can be divided into three layers from the manufacturing structure. The uppermost layer is the circuit board layer, the middle is the heat conduction and insulation layer, and the bottom is the aluminum base layer. Most of the LED lamps on the market currently use this circuit board.

B. The heat conduction and insulation layers vary greatly depending on the materials. If the heat conduction and insulation are very good, special ceramic polymers can be used, but the price of this material is very expensive, which is difficult for many manufacturers to accept. Therefore, other materials with high cost performance are sought to reduce costs, such as epoxy resin and glass cloth.

C. The aluminum base layer can be made of copper plate and aluminum plate, and the heat dissipation effect of the copper plate is relatively good, and the cost is relatively high. In consideration of the price factor, the aluminum substrate is generally made of an aluminum plate, which has good heat conductivity and is not easily bent.
