The PC cover is roughly divided into the following types: a transparent cover, a transparent strip cover, a diffusion cover, and a diffusion strip cover.
1. Transparent cover: The transparent cover is extruded from fully transparent PC material. The lamp made by this cover can see the lamp bead, it is very glaring, easy to stun, and does not meet the human requirements for light, but its The characteristic is that the light transmittance is very high, and can reach about 95%. For some lighting places that need to obtain high brightness and the human eye rarely touches the light source, the transparent cover is very practical;
2. Transparent stripe cover: This type of lampshade is also extruded from fully transparent PC material, but the mold is added with inner stripes when designing. When lighting, the lamp bead can be enlarged to make the light spread out, not like The transparent lampshade is so glaring that the light transmittance is about 92%;
3. Diffusion cover: This lampshade is the most widely used on the market. It is a transparent PC material and a light diffusion masterbatch. It is uniformly extruded according to a certain formula. The transmittance of such a lampshade is about 83-86%. In addition, the customer can increase or decrease the proportion of the diffusion masterbatch in the transparent material according to the requirements of the diffuser transmittance of the diffuser, and adjust the light transmittance (70%~92%) within a certain range. ;
4. Diffusion stripe cover: This type of lampshade is the same as the transparent stripe cover. The inner stripe is designed in the mold, but the light diffusing masterbatch is added to the raw material. The light transmittance of the shell is about 83%. Due to the stripe and the diffusing effect of the diffusing material, the tube does not have a dark area or a dark area with a very small range.
